Aimray Business is a free business chat app for Android and iPhone. It combines real-time encrypted messaging, voice and video calls, a product catalogue, chat labels, status updates and a business profile, so you can sell and support customers from one app. Businesses can also send automated messages through the Aimray Messaging API.

Yes. The app is free to download and use on Android and iOS. The Messaging API is a paid service billed on usage, offered at our lowest per-message prices. Some high-volume features may have fair-use limits.

Aimray Business is available for Android phones on Google Play and for iPhone on the Apple App Store. Sign in with the same phone number on either platform to use the same account and conversations.

Install the app, choose your country, enter your mobile number and type the one-time SMS code we send you. Then add your name. That's it, no passwords to remember.

Messages are encrypted with AES-256 on your device before they are sent, travel over encrypted (TLS) connections and are stored encrypted. You can also compare a safety number with a contact, block unwanted users and control read receipts and your online status.

Yes. You can make voice and video calls to other Aimray users. On supported devices a call can continue in a picture-in-picture window while you use other apps.

Open the catalogue from Settings to create collections and add products with up to three photos, a price, an offer price and country of origin. You can then share any product into a chat as a rich card.

Create coloured labels such as Work, VIP or Leads in Settings > Chat Labels. Long-press one or more chats and tap the label icon to assign a label. Use the label filter above your chat list to see only the chats with that label.

Status updates let you share text, photo or video posts with your contacts. Contacts can react and comment. Updates stay visible for 30 days and you can delete your own at any time.

Yes. In Edit Profile you can save a quick reply and a greeting message that is sent automatically to new contacts.

Open the chat or the person's profile and choose Block. To report a user, message or content, use the "Report abuse / child safety" option on our contact page or email info@aimguru.com. Child-safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

You can delete individual chats and their data inside the app at any time. To delete your whole account, submit a request on our Delete Account page or email info@aimray.com from your registered details. We verify the request and delete the account and its data within 30 days.

Yes. Aimray Business is intended for people who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live.

No. The apps contain no third-party advertising, and we don't sell your personal information or track you across other companies' apps and websites.

It lets your website, app, CRM or billing system send messages such as order updates, reminders, alerts and verification codes straight to your customers on Aimray, and receive their replies.

We offer the Messaging API at the lowest price, with pay-as-you-go pricing and volume discounts. Tell us your expected monthly volume using the enquiry form and we'll send you a quote.

Only customers who have agreed to receive messages from your business. Every message must identify your business and you must honour opt-out requests. Unsolicited bulk messaging is not allowed.

After you submit the enquiry form, our team shares pricing and onboarding details. Most businesses can start testing soon after.

Alongside the app and Messaging API, Aimray provides SMS, bulk email, IVR and CRM services for business communication.
